To create an account on 8kbat, you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false or incomplete details may be suspended at any time, and any balance held may be subject to forfeiture.

During registration, you will be required to provide: your full name, mobile number or email address, date of birth, and preferred currency. As part of KYC verification, 8kbat may request a copy of your national ID or passport.

• Only one account may be created per phone number or email address.
• If multiple members of the same household share a device or IP address, this must be disclosed to 8kbat.
• Keeping your password secure is entirely your responsibility.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

8kbat considers the protection of minors its highest priority. Date of birth is verified at the time of registration, and government-issued ID may be required to confirm age when necessary.

Any user who registers on 8kbat with a false age will have their account immediately suspended and all winnings forfeited. No appeals will be accepted in such cases.

All bets placed on 8kbat are considered final. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless 8kbat offers a cashout option, in which case the applicable rules apply.

8kbat holds full authority over odds determination. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error or human mistake, 8kbat reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the original stake.

• The minimum bet amount is ৳50, and the maximum is determined by the market and event.
• In live betting, odds change from moment to moment — the odds at the time your bet is placed are final.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, 8kbat will settle bets in accordance with standard rules.
• If fraud is detected on any bet, 8kbat reserves the right to void that bet.
• If an event in a parlay bet is cancelled, that selection's odds will be counted as 1.00.

Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses require a specified number of bets to be placed before any bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example, if the wagering requirement is 20x and the bonus is 1,000 BDT, a total of 20,000 BDT in bets must be placed before a withdrawal can be made.

• Accounts found abusing bonuses from the same device or IP address may be suspended.
• Bonuses have a set expiry date — any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once that date passes.

• Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.

8kbat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member's account at any time and for any reason. That said, we always strive to make such decisions in a fair and transparent manner.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact our support team. Make sure to withdraw any remaining valid balance before the account is closed.

• Account balances may be forfeited if an account is closed due to a breach of our terms.
• Inactive accounts may be charged a monthly inactivity fee of ৳100 after 12 months.
